Ken Price lists 1BR for $100 and 2BR for $120 (per night). You can use that as a starting point. However, you should get several quotes from different owners IMO.

Many of them can be found auctioning last minute deals on Ebay. A few names are Farrell Vacations, Utopia World Vacations, 5starresorts. The best rate I found outside of Ebay was from 5starresorts, but we booked with Utopia in the end because I felt most comfortable dealing with Paul.

If you are going in a value season period, you should be able to get both sizes for under $100 per night fairly easy.

I aim for around $100 a night for a 2 BR. Sometimes I've paid a bit more, sometimes less.

Agree with the above posters. Just wanted to mention that $100 a night does include all the taxes. The same quote at a hotel would have taxes on top of that.

There are a few factors that can play into costs, but for ballpark purposes $100-$120/night appears to be a safe place to work the numbers from.

The time of year can obviously impact the final price paid, as well as if you are someone who wants to make your reservation early to get it out of the way and make sure you have what you want, or want to try and get a cheaper deal last-minute.

One thing that will be important to remember is that the resort has a lot less 1bdrm units then they have 2bdrm units. As such, you are less likely to end up finding 1bdrm's available at the last minute.
