When To Book Excursions?

How far in advance can we book an excursion? Is it 120 days or is it when the final payment is due? I have conflicting information.

Also do we have to worry that an excursion will get booked out? We want to do the dolphin excursion at Atlantis. Should we be concerned?

TIA!

First, your cruise must be paid in full to book excursions.

Second, the timing on booking depends on your Castaway Cay status:

If you booked in Concierge or are a Platinum member, you can book at 120 days. If you are a gold member, you can book at 105 days. If you are a silver member, you can book at 90 days. Newbies book at 75 days.

Good luck in booking your choices!

I beleive if you are silver or above you can book before paid in full right? Or am I on the wrong track there?

It does not matter if you are concierge, platinum, gold, or silver, I believe you have to be paid in full to start booking. OP you should not be too concerned as long as you book somewhere in the beginning of your booking window. The Atlantis Dolphin Tour is usually open when we look, it may fill up much closer to the cruise date. The one thing to make sure you book early is the Private Cabana for Castaway Cay.

You have to be paid in full before you can book any excursions, no matter your CC level or concierge status. The post above was correct about the # of days prior to sailing when the booking window opens - but it ONLY gets you in to book if you've already made that final payment.
