Can I talk about Busch Gardens HowlOScream?
As there wasn't a dedicated forum for BG/Tampa - I thought I would put this info here!
We are BG/SW Platinum Pass holders - we the "Busch" parks (I know, I know - they aren't Busch anymore!) I have been anxiously awaiting information about the BG Tampa Howl-O-Scream info - it's the planner in me. I want to know what my tickets will cost, when we are going, etc. I wanted to share this info - which was on the SeaWorld site - but not yet on the Busch Gardens site - where you can actually order tickets! http://commerce.4adventure.com/estor...residents.aspx We usually head to Florida in December for all that is Christmas - this year - DD13 voted for Halloween - we are are going all out - we'll be doing the night time parties - Halloween Horror Nights at US * Howl-O-Scream at BG * and we can't forget MNSSHP at Disney! We, of course, will also spend time at Sea World and hoping to make our first visit to Aquatica! |

I also have the platinum pass,I haven't gone to HOS the last couple of years but maybe around 4-5 years ago platinum passholders got in free for the freaky preview nights, does anyone know if they still give platinum passholders this perk.

From my understanding, Platinum Pass Members still get the Freaky Preview for free.
The site is up and I'm very excited for this years event!

We try and go every year...this year we are going on Oct 6th.
We also ALWAYS do the Fright Feast. For $25, its a buffet. You then get to see the one show while eating. Then when the show is over, they let you out into the park for 30min of EXCLUSIVE time. This is at 7p. At 7:30, the rest of the park opens up to everyone else, and for 1hr, you get front of the line access. We did this last year, and had all of the houses done by 8:30! That allowed us to walk around and enjoy the sights and redo our favorites. Well worth the $25! |

Thanks for the info about the Fright Feast! Sounds great! Do you purchase ahead of time? I'm guessing it's in the big restaurant towards the back of the park? (In Wmsbg this would be Oktoberfest - not sure about Tampa).

Most def. not. I went opening weekend and LOVED it (1st timer). There are zombies roaming the parks that try to scare you. I was shocked at the fact that there were young kids there though. I know mine would have freaked.
