Windsor Hills - anyone rent these units?

"OurDisneyDreams.com" townhouse? Or www.vacationrentalbydisney.com?

Both have good rates for the time we need. My problem...I've looked at so many that I can't find where I found these two rentals, to ensure that these have good reviews.

TIA,

KC

The second home isn't WH, so I'm not interested in that one. I thought it was.

I found the first at windsorhillsrent.com. Are all listings there on the "up and up"?

Thanks,

KC

Yes, most of the homes on there are. You always need to be careful with any rental and make sure that they are legitimate - no matter where you book. Don't always take the best deal. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The rates should be in line with the other homes in the same area, they should require a deposit and full payment closer to your stay. Check their website for availability. If the calendar is wide open, it might be a red flag. Most homes in Windsor Hills are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Generally homes on whrent.com or Homeaway.com are safe and legitimate. Hope this helps! We love Windsor Hills.

Looks like a nice one! We stayed at this townhome: http://www.disneyvisittownhome.com/

Loved it! The only reason we haven't been back yet is because we keep taking more family so we need bigger houses. LOL Really nice owners, they live in the US (doesn't matter to me, but it does to some) and they actually use the townhome different weeks throughout the year. I like that because it makes me feel like they are more aware of how it's being kept up, or what a typical family might use in the kitchen, etc.

Good luck with your search!
