Best day to visit Universal - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi this is my first visit to these forums but coulddo with some advice. I live in the Uk and we are hitting Disney on 14th october. I have the dates for the halloween nights but we arent doing them,basically there is only my husband who has the balls to do them lol.
We were planning on doing the universal (with the halloween nights) during the day then hitting the other park in the evening. Is there likely to be alot of people at either on them days?? Or would we be better off going on a day where no Halloween is on??? There are 4 adults and 6 teenagers!!

The only disadvantage to going to the Studios on a day when HHN is staged is they close an hour early at 5pm. IOA will be open until at least 7pm those nights so if you wanted to do the Studios during the morning hours and then head over to IOA in the afternoon, that would work. It will be busier at the Studios as the day wears on since people will be coming for HHN. IOA doesn't usually see a huge increase in crowds because of this but the whole complex will be busy by late afternoon/evening. If you wanted to come when HHN isn't staged, you would have to wait until 10/17 which is the following Monday.

Thankyou. We have got the list of days when its not on there are 4 in total when we are there. So was thinking of just going those 4 days but we havent been this time of year before so we werent sure. Think will leave it on halloween days then and just go when nothing is on,
