I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! I hope it gets fixed soon - it's so frustrating! I'm getting that same error message!

QR sent out an email about the trouble we've been having. It's a third party issue. Hopefully it's fixed soon

Disney Gift Card

HI

Silly Questions. Do the Disney gift cards work in the parks? We are going to Disneyland in April. I am working like a mad women to earn extra spending money.

If the cards work in the park and we are leaving April 26th. When should I order my Disney card?

Thanks

Hi, B&Bforever! There ARE no silly questions -- ask away!

CINT is an independently owned survey panel that you can join and complete surveys through, and you cash out for credit on QR. The credit transfers over twice a month, if I'm not mistaken. The link to join QR's CINT panel is on our Surveys page.

Yes, our Disney GCs can be used in the parks! We mail out gift cards once a week, toward the middle to end of the week. Allow a week from that (hopefully less) for snail-mail delivery. To be sure, I'd cash out for your gift cards two to three weeks before your trip. Have fun! <<jealous!!>>

Sorry for the late reply Becky. I haven't checked in here for a couple of weeks. I had a bit of frustrating time once the survey router went down but I kept trying every day.

I also received those "survey access" notifications a couple more times since I posted that bit about my incorrect age. (Hence, the frustration). I'm not sure why, especially since while the survey router was down I couldn't even get qualifier questions, but it seems to be fixed now. It's been a week without issue.

When it says you can try again if you didn't qualify, you can try again through that day's email, another day's email, or through the link on QR's website. But I always close the window that says "do you want to try another" and re-click through (the email or QR). I have heard some people say that they have better luck with crediting that way.
Thanks!

I jump on them fast because I figure I fall into a pretty common demographic profile (middle aged, middle-income married woman with 2 kids), and their quota for that particular profile will be reached quickly...then the survey will hang around as active for a while as they wait for the less common profiles to complete it.
Thanks for the heads-up.

Now that makes sense! Instead of keeping 3-5 days worth of survey links I have been keeping the current day. I found that if I clicked through them 3-4 times a day - I usually end up with qualifying for 1 survey, sometimes 2, in a day. Where as first thing in the morning I usually don't get a single one. I wondered why but wasn't going to question it.

Also, there are lean days when all I get are the 1cent attempts and QPs from the checklist. Overall, though, I haven't done too badly and some of them have been interesting.
That's an amazing amount of money!

February earnings

Last month I said I was going to keep track of my surveys & earnings, and report back at the end of the month. Here's my quick report. I'm in Canada BTW.

In January I only tried this for a few days and made $5.40.

February, I did this every day. I earned $27.98. If the survey router had not gone down for 3-4 days, it would have been a few dollars more.

I clicked every survey link e-mailed to me; click every daily survey link on the website; answer the trivia question every day; try the video watch a couple times daily; and click every daily click that earns QPs. I'm not a big fan of the guess the number game and ignore it now.

I find I get credited for surveys very quickly. Not many have taken more than a day to get credited. Now having said that, I am waiting for 2 survey credits from March 2 and 1 today (6th). Once I receive those, I'll have earned $7.30 for March to-date.

For March I'll try going through their link for purchases as well. I meant to a few days ago for my daughter's audio book but totally forgot.

As Becky mentioned a few posts ago, I have found a lot more success once I stumbled on trying for a survey 2 or 3 times a day. Now as I receive a survey link, I place it in my "surveys" folder, and if I did not get a survey the first time I click on it - I try again 2 or 3 more times through-out the day.

My husband was laughing last night because I was so excited about a survey I took. It was quick (15 mins?) and asked questions about theme parks. I loved getting paid to answer questions about my favorite theme parks!

Questions about being locked out

Hi Becky

Last night I was locked out of one of the survey routers. When I sent in the error I was notified I had been locked out for failing a quality question. Oops.

I had to send an email saying I promised to be good to get my access unlocked. I honestly just made a mistake and really don't remember where I made the error. The only thing I could think of was that I got click happy and couldn't stop the process.

My question is how do I protect myself. I can see that this could happen again and my email stated that if it does I could be locked out of surveys completely. How do we protect against this? Just a question. I'd hate not being able to do surveys.

Thanks

Disney Addicted, I'm so glad that you're doing so well with surveys this month! Keep up the good work, and thanks much for sharing your success story -- your enthusiasm is contagious!

B&Bforever, Dmitry says that getting your age wrong in the quality check is the main reason people get the warning message -- it needs to match what we have on file for you in the profiler. Just keep an eye out for that one and it shouldn't trip the warning message again. If you do miss it again, don't sweat it: we're not going to lock people out of surveys that are conscientious and just absent-mindedly clicked the wrong thing.

The "two strikes and you're out" message is meant to be a scare tactic for serial cheaters. A second simple mistake won't lock you out permanently. We're really looking for persistent patterns of people not paying attention. As long as you're not getting the warning frequently, you're okay!

I just wanted to say thanks for posting the program, I joined as I'm mostly a STAHW and work a few hours here and there helping some family, so this has been a GREAT way for me to start saving up for some cash for our Disney Vacation and keeps me occupied.

I'll admit, at first I was skeptical, but figured why not? And in like 2 days I made $5.00! Now I'm addicted! We're not taking another Disney Vacation for several years, so I'm hoping (should the program stay intact) by that time I should have saved up a substantial amount.

Thanks you again!!! This has been a blast!!

Hi, meelkes! I'm glad you found us and that you're doing so well in your first few days as a member! Keep up the good work! And if you have any questions just let me know, here or in email (becky at quickrewards dot net).

We're not going anywhere -- celebrating our 10th year online this year! But of course, feel free to cash out as often as you would like. We have some folks who request PayPal every day, even if it's just a few cents!

Question about cashing out

On Monday morning when I logged onto quickrewards, I was delighted to see that I was finally over $25.00! I cashed out for a Disney gift card and received a message that my reward was being processed and would be credited to my account shortly. Since Monday afternoon, I have accumulated 89 cents.

This afternoon (Wed.) when I logged onto the site, I saw that my account balance was $25.89. There's no way I have made another $25.00 since Monday afternoon. Confused and thinking that the first reward request "didn't take", I cashed out for another $25.00 gift card. Again I received the message that my reward is being processed and will be credited to my account shortly.

Before I contact customer service directly, I wanted to ask if there's something wrong with the way I'm cashing out? I had added 1 gift card to my cart, had entered my quickrewards password and had hit proceed.

Thanks for any information you can provide.

QRbecky, I have been doing quickrewards since reading about it here on the Dis. I joined sometime toward the end of January, and already have earned 78.09 to date. I do have a question though about Elite vs Non-Elite. I guess I don't really understand the difference. I am at 112% for Elite, and see that you have to emal to get Elite status, but I didn't know if it was worth if for me since I don't shop online. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi, Fantasmic23! This will happen if we don't have your address on file. We can't send you a gift card if we don't know where to send it to! Please update your account with your mailing address and resubmit your cashout request. Congrats on hitting $25 in earnings -- hope the gift card comes in handy!

Congrats on getting that nice token award for Guess My Number, aprilj313! Are you checking our Facebook page for guessing hints? We have a lot of folks who post what they guessed and whether it was high or low, to help everyone else make better guesses. Also, you should email support about your missing survey credit! Doing surveys on other sites isn't usually a problem if you clear your cookies before going to QR to do surveys (or before clicking on our survey emails).

We also have frequent targeted surveys that other sites don't have -- if you complete the Profilers in the survey section, as surveys become available that match your profile, you'll see them in the survey section and will get an email to prompt you to give them a try. These targeted surveys have numbers in front of their name, for example, 13165 $1 Survey PS. You have a better chance of screening into these surveys vs. random ones that pop up in the daily survey routers, because you already meet the basic requirements for getting in. I have SEVEN of these surveys available to me today, for a total of $7.55!

Disney*Dreamer, great question! The benefit of Elite membership at QR for non-shoppers is that your tokens will double every month without having to meet the $25 threshold that non-elite members have to meet. Also, and this is a big one: Elite members can redeem tokens for gift cards! Regular members can only redeem for merchandise (magazines, DVDs, CDs, and video games).

It only takes a quick email to get upgraded to Elite. If you'd like to send me an email at becky at quickrewards dot net and tell me what email address you use at QR, I can upgrade you personally today since you've met the requirements! (Congrats on that, by the way! Great job!)

Thanks to all for your questions and for your enthusiasm about QuickRewards.net! I love talking to our members and am happy to help however I can!
