Repeat Guests - The DIS Discussion Forums

According to the ABD reps I spoke with today, the only current repeat guest offering is the airport transfer for guests who have traveled on 2 or more previous adventures.

I asked about room upgrades, and was told that they are not offering them this year.

Thanks for the info, jlou. That benefit is not significant enough to affect my decision in any way. Guess I'll be doing a lot of comparison shopping and waiting until late this year or early next year to book.

Did they state what is considered a major airport?

The Dallas/ Ft Worth Texas area has two main airports:

DFW and Love Field.

IMO, DFW wud be classified as a major airport while Love Field wud not; IMO.

So -

LAX, JFK, Laguardia, OAI, Wash Dulles, Denver International, Newark Liberty, Seatac, Atlanta Hartsfield, Houston Intercontinental, etc.....wud be major airports according to ABD standards; IMO.

Now....
That little itty bitty airport I flew into (Billings Montana) wud not

We booked the Greece trip this AM (6 AM in fact!)--were told that the airport transfer could be to either San Diego (our hometown airport) or Los Angeles--we generally fly out of LA (more international flights, better routes). For us, a very nice benefit--and the transport will be in a town car likely (tip included).

Oh, that's nice! LAX is quite a distance from San Diego! It will be nice to not be limited to just Columbus!

Congrats on booking Greece!!! I can hardly wait to hear about it! When do you go?

England was totally fabulous!

As tempting as the Greece trip is, I'm not sure I'm up to a European trip for the 3rd year running. I'm likely going to go for something more domestic. But who knows! Stranger things have happened!
