My Big Book of Grievances...Funny
So........I loved John's term of his Big Book of Grievances and basically I stole it from him and have been using it myself...mainly on nieces and nephew. As in "if you don't stop fighting with your sister you are going into my Big Book of Grievances." I didn't really expect it to catch on, but last week I was conversationally telling my niece that my nephew had gotten an entry in my my Big Book of Grievances and he heard me and he was like "WHAT?! Why?! What did I do?!"
 He also very earnestly asked me what he needed to do to get the grievance removed from the book. Today my sister stopped by with my niece and my niece comes up to me and whispers in my ear..."Can I see your Big Book of Grievances?" I told her the book was for my eyes only...turns out she wanted to see who had more grievances in the book, her or her sister.

I'm glad you've found a practical use for the Big Book of Grievances - mine still seems to have no affect
 In the interest of full disclosure I will say that this was not originally my idea. I stole it from an episode of Friends. Remember the one where they had the downstairs neighbor that died and they cleaned out his apartment? They found his Big Book of Grievances........
