Hi
I was just wondering about the format of MNSSHP? Can you say be in the MK all day and just stay in for the party? Or do you have to come out and wait until it opens at 7pm? I would just be interested to know so I can make arrangements for what else we will do that day. Also I have not been to Disney World in 8 Years- To get the professional photographs (I think called photopass) do you wait in line or just find the photographers around the park? Are there designated areas? Thanks x

To do the party, you will need a party ticket. With that alone, you can enter MK at 4. To be in MK before that, you need a regular park ticket. If you have both, you can stay all day and just get a wristband for the party before 7. If you don't have a party ticket, you will be shown the exit after 7.

As previously noted, those with party tickets can enter as early as 4pm. But, if you want to be in MK earlier than that, you will have to use park passes...as usual.
They used to clear the park out and then welcome party goers in...not anymore. You are welcome to just do whatever you wish to do until 7pm, then the park closes to the public and the partying starts!! As far as the photopass photographers go....there may be times you have to wait in a longish line, other times no lines at all. It depends on where the photo is being taken. For instance, the photographers on Main St are a lot less busy during the daytime. But once the sun goes down and the Castle starts being lit up, the lines get longer. You will also find the photopass people at most of the character meet and greets. Also just around the various parks. |

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer.
I have both tickets but think I might have a relaxing day then head for the 7pm start. Are there long lines to get in at 7pm? would you suggest going for 5 or 6pm? Kind regards x |

I would go at 4 simply to maximize the value of your tickets. Also, use those first couple of hours to concentrate on non-party stuff, such as a meal, shopping, rides, etc. Be ready to do party stuff at 7, or even get in line for special characters earlier, maybe about 6:15-6:30.

Some helpful links
For any questions about Photopass, go here...
http://www.stitchkingdom.com/disneysphotopass/ To save $50 off of the purchase price of the Photopass cd, go here... http://www.disneyphotopass.com/previsitoffer.aspx Also, be sure to get the special Halloween photopass card from a photographer at the party. That card is what you should use to get photos taken that night. The number on that card gives you the access to the special Halloween themed borders to add to your photos. And lastly... to the Disboards!

Last year when we went they made us go all the way to the front of the park to get our bracelets which was sort of a pain. The year before we were able to go up to any cm that had the bracelets give them our tickets and we got our bracelets. I believe they allow you to get them at 4.

They also had a wristband spot near stitch last year if you were already in the park.
