whoa...small world. And kinda sad too. I'm so afraid that one of those home makeover shows will surprise me one day, I'm still in my nightgown and they want to show the world just how disorganized I am.

It is very sad. But also like a train wreck...you just can't look away. I look at all my junk here and wonder if that's how I will end up one day. When my grandmother lived in her own place, she was a hoarder. It's scary.

I definitely have a hoarding tendency, I got it from Mom. She got it from growing up poor in post World War II, where things were scarce. And now we send so much to the Phils, its hard to actually throw things out, when we know it could help someone else. Its just hard to get it out of the house before it adds up.

My definitive hoarding weakness is reading materials. I have magazines and books everywhere. I thought the Kindle would help out, but it hasn't. And having clothes, footwear and accessories for four seasons really gangs up on me.

Yep, I watched it.

I have piles of stuff on my desk right now that I just haven't thrown out. Heck I still have boxes I haven't unpacked from when we moved.

I'm pretty sure the old thread will be closed by now. When MK starts a new one, she usually messages one of the mods about closing the old one. Makes it easier so we are not all over the place.
