Something bad happenes on Pirates - Paris. Details?

Just read there was a bad accident with a 5 year old boy. Not sure if it's injury or death. Any updates? Just so awful.

It happened in Paris. That's the only info I have.

Yes, there was an accident. Right now the boy is still fighting for his life.

This was what I could find on it at the moment.

I hate to say this and would not want it to happen to anyone but I don't understand why a parent would let a child stand up on a ride.

I agree. This wouldn't have happened had they been paying attention to their child.

I agree. I hope the little one makes a full recovery. With that being said, my children were taught to never stand on a ride. And before they were old enough to understand the rules DH and I held a tight grip on them during the rides.
