LOVE LOVE the show and the books!!!!! I try to watch the show like the books dont exist. Just bc I want to love the show for what it is and not compare....I'm not sure I'm liking the witch story line in this season..undecided.

I missed a few episodes due to travel but I'm all caught up now. It's interesting to see how many of the characters are evolving this year, especially Bill, Tara and Eric (at least temporarily). The battle between the vampires and witches was a bit wild and I think I'll have to watch that again via On Demand because I'm sure I missed things.
I read the first book when the series started but I'm not reading any more - I usually prefer to read books and then eventually if a movie is made IO may watch it, but in this case the books and the series seem to go on different courses and I don't want to be confused or upset that the path is exactly the same.

True Blood is my favorite show!! I own and have read the entire series a few times now. I would like to chain up Allan Ball for a few hours and READ him the books. lol Dude didn't create the characters or anything yet he keeps messing up all the storys from the book. Follows them to a certain point. I do like the extra stuff he has added though.
Thought it was interesting how Tara came out as a gay woman this season. Very unexpected since it wasn't in the books either. Tara has very little of a part in the books but a huge part in the show. Can't wait for episode 11 tonight!!!!

Ugh. My tv died as I was watching last week's show. Now I don't know when I'll catch up and next week is the last epsiode of Season 4!!!
I love the book series but I know that creative license can change when adapting to a tv serial.

So...
Judging from the last episode...is it safe to assume that ******* is back to wreak more havoc?
 If so, does that mean that a certain fanger brought ******* back out of spite after being cast out?
