Single Rider Lines

Are the single rider lines always open or only during the busier times of the year? Or busier times of the day?

I'm specifically thinking about RRC at DHS and Test Track. I will be there in November.

I believe that these are always open. Our last two trips have been in slower times (early December and late January), and we've never seen them closed.

they're not ALWAYS open, but I don't know under what criteria they close. I've seen them open more than not. Test Track is usually open but I've seen R&R have theirs closed.

If the standby line becomes too long, they will temporarily close the single rider line.

I've seen the same. In our experience when we go in Sept RnR's isn't open until mid morning/around noon if at all. We also have seen it close early at night b/c it just isn't needed during that time.

I've never personally seen EE's or Test Tracks closed though but I have seen the que's empty with no single riders waiting at both.

Every August and December when I am at WDW the single rider line for Test Track has always been open.

Come to think of it, I have seen RnRC's not open - but the stand by line was only 10 minutes or so.

The single rider line at EE doesn't open until a certain time (maybe a couple of hours after park opening). I know I've tried to use it several times in the early morning and they've told me it doesn't open until the regular line gets longer.

Test Track is almost always open.
Coaster is often open, but it's often not very helpful (and sometimes longer than regular standby.)
Everest is the one open least often.

Test Track & R'nR are nest to the fastpass entrance. EE you need to walk past the standby entrance toward the shop and it is just before.

EE is the one I have seen closed the most but it is also the most hidden so I guess more people don't realise its there.

R'n'R is hit or miss as to how quick it is however if the standby is over 40 mins single rider is usually quicker.

TT is the best one and moves more consistently. It is also nearly always open even on quiet days.

I was wondering the same thing. I remember them having them when I worked there, but that was 10 years ago. My fiance doesn't do upsidedown rollercoasters, so I think R&R will be the only one I have to worry about. If it's not open, I'm sure he'll just stand in line with me and then I'll show him the chicken exit once we get close enough. I think he'll be fine on EE and I know he's going to love TT!!

The only one I go on is Test Track and their single rider line is located in the middle between their standby line and Fast Pass return line.

Where/how does the one at RnRC work? Don't the fastpass and regular line merge at the building? How do they keep the single rider seperate? I've never paid that much attention.
