yes I took all Day Friday and part of the day Saturday off was going to take all week-end but I got antsy could not stand losing all those points!!! lol
yes it really did help I only did one program(DR) then totally forgot about them for the rest of the day. Now I am refreshed and ready to go! Mal  inkbounc inkbounc
