Discount after Paid in Full

What happens if I have paid for our trip in full and a better offer comes out or we get a PIN code? Can we take advantage of it or are we locked in once we have a $0 balance? Is there a timeframe associated with when we can take advantage of a deal (45 days out, 30 days out, 1 day out)?

Does anyone know ...

Will they provide a credit right up to the day of my trip or is there a point at which I am locked into what I paid for?

I was told that if the price drops within 45 days of your arrival, they will charge you $50 for a change fee. Outside 45 days, you're fine.

I agree with PPs. I've had clients who paid in full and then received a free dining offer -- I called Disney for them and the offer was applied to the reservation, the money was put back on the client's credit card!
