March?
Does anyone know what the park hours usually are for March? Is it really considered an "off" season?

It is definitely not an 'off-season' if you happen to go during Spring Break.
I was there this past March, the 16th & 17th, and it was crazy busy. Park hours were 8-midnight at DL and 10-10 in DCA on a weekday. But I would avoid any Spring break weeks if I were you. Just from my experience, it wasn't the most 'magical' of my visits.

March is a split month. It really depend on how Spring Breaks fall. I've been a few days later than JH87 and it was fine during the week though 10-9DL hours and 10-8 DCA, but the weekend got much, much busier.
Basically March starts in the offseason then on the 2nd or 3rd weekend it's peak season Spring Break. |

We're thinking the 4th through the 10th..we usually go during Halloween or Christmas, End of April or during the summer. My DS turns 3 on March 17 so we need to fit in one more trip until we have to pay for his park ticket

You should be fine that early. Just keep in mind that is the end of the longest offseason period at DLR. So some big rehabs may still be going on. Between Winter Break and Spring Break is when they do big things like repainting Mainstreet and repaving the main street. Plus rides getting worked on. It's a trade off with the small crowds.

The code is more what you'd call guidelines than actual rules
