Are Pools Heated??

Are any of the pools at any of the resorts heated?

Thinking of swimming in December.

Yes, but it can be chilly going back to the room.

Yes they are!! It's the air outside the pools in Dec. that may get you though!

But we're planning on doing the same thing, haha.

Yes they are but if it's cool for long periods it can suck the heat from the pools.

The heaters may have a hard time keeping up, smaller pools tend to be warmer.

The pools are heated but as noted by other posters the outside temperature can be more of a factor. I was there this past December when Orlando has 2 cold waves. There was a period of at least 3 days in a row when the morning temperatures were in the mid 30's. The pool at the Boardwalk where I was staying was closed (no life guards on duty) because of the extreme cold. It warmed up a bit in the afternoon, but as I went to the parks I can't say for sure if the pool was opened or not.
