Can club level pull it off and how

Hi all,
We are staying this year at yacht club, club level this year. Yea. We have two rooms booked. My sister and her kids in one room. And the my room will have me and my kids. And i booked for my other sister and hubby to come stay with us. Sister susan wont be there the first day. So the question is how can i check in with sister kathy sitting right there at the desks, and get them not to say anything about sister susan and her hubby joining us, its a suprise, no one knows. Can i call the desk in advance and request this?

And if somehow i pull it off, anyone think of a way for sister susan and brother in law to suprise the rest of the gang? I was thinking trying to get them thier room keys and meet us down at the pool.
Kira our 14 year old Autistic daughter who is saving the world.
Our 10 Year old Son.
and now added is Granny..

Am I crazy for loving Disney?
Nah...Just ask my DIS Buddies!

If the room is booked in sisters name you cant check in for her..

I would email them and ask if its possible to keep the secret and then when you go send sis on a fools errand real quick and tell CM who is checking you in?

For Club Level you don't have to check in right that second and certainly don't need to be all together. I don't know the set up there but its likely (assuming your kids are old enough) you can get them settled at a table with snacks or next to the tv while you check in.

That would be the best way to do it without the kids catching the drift of what is going on.

Call 407-W-DISNEY and have them add your name to the reservation... then you will be able to check-in for your sister.

Another thing to factor in is that when you arrive at the Yacht Club there will be someone to meet you since your staying Club Level and then takes you up to the lounge so you can check-in.
