Hands down Via Napoli. HORRIBLE service, slow, forgot drinks for a LONG time, not friendly and another issue below, and it was the tables near us too.
The food was so so to bad. arancini - just bad, not at all what it is suppose to be, pizza - so so, calamari - so, so, chicken parm - horrible chicken, sauce and the spaghetti pie thing that came with it was inedible, hard, dry. & for dessert we got zeppoles that were cold, very very cold & greasy. They should be hot, we asked our server why it was cold and he told us that's how they serve it. "They can't serve hot fried food to customers" -really?! so the calamari and arancini, were a figment of our imagination I guess. Well we didn't eat it, came to find out on here that it is served hot like it should be, so mad that he just lied to us and we should believe him, which we did because why would he lie about that. Oh yea because he was a horrible waiter. I just thought what a dumb restaurant to serve zeppoles cold and disgusting.

I haven't yet read the whole thread, but I'm thinking maybe DW and I are either just not that picky or we've been really lucky so far, as neither of us can think of a single place that we didn't like! I guess if I was forced to choose, Tony's Town Square would be the "worst" food we had. It wasn't wonderful, but it wasn't too bad either. I see a lot of people saying they didn't like Coral Reef, but we've gone twice and thought it was fairly decent each time. We're not really into seafood, but I did try the Mahi Mahi and enjoyed that. We didn't have any problems with kids hanging over our table when we had the aquarium-side seat.

I disagree with this! DW and I went to Biergarten as a couple. They group you up with other people on purpose and you all sit at a big table. At first nobody really talked too much, but I can't keep quiet, I love to talk to strangers! I got the table talking and we ended up all having a great time. This was one of our favorite experiences, if I could choose to sit with strangers at most of our other meals, I would definitely do this!

I feel your pain, ate there twice many moons ago, and utterly disliked it! This Thanksgiving we were at DHS for the Osborne lights, it was busy, the kids got hungry (they are 14), ABC Commissary was the only thing available, I warned them all but....did they listen, no. I had a coke and I was fine! A round of Pepto Bimol later and now they believe me!

THis pretty much sums it up!

Crystal palace for dinner. The food was gross, our waitress forgot about us, and it was really expensive. The character interaction was good but, that is about it. We do love the breakfast though

My sentiments exactly!
I've been to WDW 42 times and have not had a bad meal that I can think of! Sure, we've had servers who were slower or didn't bring drink refills fast enough but our motto is that we are on vacation (a vacation at which we deserve!) and we are not going to get upset by the little things or have them ruin our day.

OMG - I am so glad that it wasn't just us! My husband had the lasagna, made a funny face, and said "Try this sauce." It tasted EXACTLY like Chef Boyardee out of a can. Never again!

I AM surprised to see Ohana crop up so often - we had a wonderful experience there and I would eat there again for sure!

50's Prime Time
Food used to be so fresh and homey but last two times it was pre-plated, nearly cold left over tasting. Older woman server was very rude.

DH and I ate there just the other day and it was delicious! We got a table near the aquarium and had a wonderful waitress. At least try it.

Our first THREE times at Ohana were great (both food and fun). Our last time (October 2010) was ... not so hot.

You're talking about service. Most people here are talking about bad or sub-par food. Understanding many of these servers are part-time/temporary I'll forgive a service gaffe if the food is excellent.

I understand that it's Disney as such things are going to be out of proportion.
Yet for those small plates they'd better nail it for the prices.

Ohana - Dry meat and WAY too much of it. Dumplings were so tough we could barely chew them. Server had no personality and was slow to bring everything. Whole meal was a let down

Confused. You tell them how much you want there.
