concierge ?

I was wondering if concierge staff is willing to wash straw cups. My 3 year old has to take liquid allergy medicine everyday and the only way we can get him to take it is to sneak it into a straw cup that has a small amount of juice in it to mask the taste. We've tried just about every trick in the book to get him to take his medicine and this is the only thing that works.

If they aren't able or willing to do this I need to come up with a backup plan such as buying some disposable straw cups before we leave. I hate using such wasteful products but will if necessary.

Can you wash them in the bathroom sink?

I always bring a sponge with some dish soap on it and it will last to wash a cup several days...so usually bring several of the sponges. Works great for travel in airport too.

I just wanted to say, that is BRILLIANT. My kids are older now and I'll probably never have to use this tip....but really, well done.

We washed our cups for our 4 and 21 mo old in the bathroom sink. We also put juice from the lounge in one of the disposable coffee cups with a lid and then used the straws provided. Next time we won't bring any of our toddler cups and just use their disposable coffee cups and straws!

Yes I'm sure they will. Last jan our daughter was still using a bottle and they ran it through the dishwasher each day for us.
