Thanks everyone, I have settled in now it was strange at first though. Just got issues with my gas meter which are never ending (doubt I will stay with British Gas) after they change it over.

The house is coming together, got to sort the driveway out next, which my uncle will do for me.

I'm looking forward to the spring & summer where I start my veggie patch & have lazy bbq's with my friends

Shes gorgeous Elaine - she looks really soft and cuddly.

Ive not been able to post on here for ages - my laptop died on me at the New Year and Ive just got it back yesterday. I really missed it so glad to have it back.

Morning all,

Just thought I would share a bit of news in that i'm going to be working at the Olympics with my ambulance service as a secondment to London Ambulance service. I'm really excited. I have some training to next week & then I have 3 weeks in London. Plus they have rostered me off for the day I have tickets to the hockey.

The only downside is that some of the shifts will be starting at 4am

Hi Nikki, your house is gorgeous, best wishes for the future. And its great that you'll be in London for all the buzz and excitement of the Olympics (hope ye arent too rushed off your feet).

That is an adorable puppy Elaine! She looks like she loves her comfort! We had a new addition too, a little Pom called Maxie. Hes a snuggler (although we disagree on his thinking he should lie on my bed but he'd getting a lot better behaved). Is Shanti house trained already?

I wouldn't be so keen on the 4am starts either but at least it will be summer and hopefully not as hard to get up as in the winter.

Shanti is doing really well with her house training

I think it makes a huge difference that I have 2 other dogs to learn from.

Just wanted to wish good luck to anyone waiting for their DD/DS secondary school admission place. We got DD's email this morning before school, she got her first choice yippee and thank goodness

I have to wait till May 2nd to find out if my DS (for primary School) Gets his first choice. Fingers crossed he does, I went to the same school as a child with my Brother and Sister.
