I know I am not the only Diser who is frustrated with the booking system for the Wishes Dessert Party. April 22nd will be my 180+10 ADR day but it seems not for the Wishes Dessert Party

It seems as of now you can book thru June, dates for July, August, September and October are not currently available online or by calling.

The July Calendar is up online but is not able to be booked

I thought it would be a good idea to keep a watch thread as to keep everyone informed when new dates open up for the Wishes Dessert Party, I am tired of checking the site daily and calling everyday is crazy

It's definitely a strange system. It seems to be that the rule of thumb is 90 days from the beginning of the month (ie, all of June went up 90 days before June 1st... or at least 90ish.)

My guess on the holdup of July is that it has to do with July 4th Wishes. As of right now, there are "no" wishes shows for July 3 or 4. However, my understanding is that all that really means is that the time is not set for the special holiday version of Wishes. Since they release the whole month at the same time, they cannot release July until they have times for July 3 & 4, and they won't have times until Holiday Wishes is scheduled.

Of course that's just a guess, who knows what goes on in the nefarious mind of Disney, lol...

Had not read about the 90 Days from the 1st of the Month before, but of course with Disney anything may change at any time and I just know once all my other ADR's are made I will forget to keep checking on the Wishes Dessert Party

Sjs314... I'm in the same boat with ya! I'm checking furiously everyday... probably a couple of times a day.

At first I was kind of sad because I thought I had missed the deadline to sign up because my family is taking a bit of a last minute trip. But thanks for setting this up... I'll keep checking and if I find out any info, I'll post back here.

For everyone, when are you guys planning to go? I'm thinking July 10th for my family. It'll be our first full day at the parks and the MK will have EMH. So the plan is to load up on sugar and use that to power through the rest of the evening.

My trip is not until October but I am planning on Oct 22nd which is a Saturday so I expect it will be busy and DH is not fond of the crowds for the Fireworks so I think the Dessert Party will work out good for us, plus DH has a big sweet tooth

I am worried about snagging a ressie for the Dessert Party since with MNSSHP during that time Wishes is only showing for a couple of the nights we will be there and we are up in the air as to whether or not we will be going to the Halloween Party

OP, good idea on this thread. I've been checking the official Disney website every day for weeks, as well as these boards. I have also seen the 90-day theory, and the 3-4 July Wishes scheduling issue mentioned earlier could explain the delay for opening July, which should have happened on 1 April. I'm actually looking for August dates, but once July is available, my dates shouldn't be too far behind.

As of this morning you could book up to end of June online......July calendar comes up but no dates available to book.
July should be any time now since 90 days for July 1 was April 2.

I do not think the CM you talked to was correct at all.

Called again today,said they were booked until June30 and they do not know when July will open up but felt it should be soon given that they are booked until June 30. she said they get blocks of three months at a time, but they never know when they are going to get the block

Thanks for the update, first time I have heard about them releasing in blocks of 3 months at a time..........interesting
