Questions About Dreams Unlimited Travel
I've used Dreams for my last 3 vacations and have another two booked through them coming up. I just noticed that there is no phone number available to call in case of an emergency. Does anyone know why? There have been a number of times I've gotten a delayed response from my agent because she's been unavailable. It hasn't been an issue yet, but what if something happens on my trip and I have to get in touch with someone immediately? It's a little unnerving...
Just wanted to add.. I have no complaints about my agent. The times she has been unavailable it's because she's been in WDW herself, but it's still a little concerning to think something might go wrong with my reservation and I could potentially be unable to reach her for hours.

If you look on your reservation, there is a toll free number you can use to contact them.
I think they don't post it online so that people wanting quotes will have to use the proper form to obtain one. Then, once you are a customer and have a reservation, they give you the phone number. I am not posting it here since they don't post it online- but go into Client Services and go into your reservation. The phone number is below the information box and right below our agents name and email.

Is that an information number? I thought it was only to make payments...

The number in your Client Services area is for payments, questions, information and emergencies. Voice mails are checked on a regular basis 24-hours a day, even after the office is technically closed, in case a client needs to contact us after hours.
If you are waiting a long time for a response from your agent the folks who answer the phones can also get your agent a message very quickly. The toll free number for Dreams Unlimited Travel is 1-888-374-0494 If anyone has any issues or problems with their agent or anyone at Dreams Unlmited Travel please feel free to email me at John@DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com |
