Don't worry! Whoever answered you was mixed up. The DTD location is COMPLETELY vegan and gluten-free. It is their NYC one that uses spelt, too.

I will detail more what we ordered when I get there, but it is delicious! Don't let me get you wrong - it just isn't as amazing as I hoped. But the parfait....


I'll update more today! I am trying to be really detailed and that is why it is taking so so long!

The best vegan meal of the week (and better than all the merely vegetarian dishes we ate), this past week, was at Artist Point, a sweet potato gnocchi dish with roasted capers and roasted Brussels sprouts.
