Planet Hollywood Voucher?

I have a question. We are going to be on the dining plan. We plan to use one of our table service credits on Planet Hollywood!

in the package you recieve before your trip you get a $15 voucher. Could we use our dining plan to recieve our drink, meal and dessert and then we could also get a appetizer or alcoholic drink with our voucher?

I know you have to spend a certain amount to use the voucher, but since we are using the dining plan can we still do this?

Thanks in advance!

I love Disney

Planet Hollywood Voucher

Hey Jenny - I'm trying to remember...

It seems that we used dining plan with our voucher back in 2004? 2006?

we had a voucher good for a meal... (off a certain menu) and a voucher to get a free key chain in the gift shop....Think DD1 got a hamburger with the voucher...

So I think we have done this.... but we didn't really care for the food at Planet Hollywood .... so since that time I just don't use the vouchers...

Hope some others can chime in on this...

It can not be used along with the dining plan, we even asked if we could go up to the bar and order an appetizer and she told us no. Now you may get a different answer from a different server but that was our experience.

the short answer is no, you officially can't do that. You can't use it with the dining plan, and you cannot use it to get alcohol. Last time I looked at the coupon, it fairly plainly stated not good for alcohol, and not to be used in combination with any other discount or dining plan.

Now, there have been a few people who report being able to use the coupon in combo with the dining plan, so maybe some servers take them despite the wording on the coupon? So if you're going to eat there anyway might be worth trying...just so you know there's a chance they'll turn you down.

Others report going to the bar in there first, before they check-in for meal, and ordering an appetizer & using the coupon to pay for it, then taking the appetizer to the table with them to order their meal using the dining plan. So that may work.

Hi there,
we used ours last year! You can not use with the dining plan, but you can order appetizer or milk shakes with it. As long as the order comes from the kitchen and not from the bar. We checked in for our reservation and they told us to go wait by the bar. We used the voucher to order a milk shakes and appetizer! they called our names before the appetizer came out, to the CM from the bar just sent the appetizer to our table! So it was not a problem what so ever! And they were very accommodating about it. We are thinking of doing the same this year!
