I'm sure this has been posted countless times, but I can't find it! We are staying in Coronado Springs next week, and I want to give the resort phone number to some friends who are staying offsite. I can't find it anywhere!! Does anyone know the number?

That is because there are no direct lines to the resort. All calls go through a Central Call Center and the phone is answered as if they are at the resort.

If it is determined that the call is an emergency and essential to go through to the resort, then the Central Call Center CM will transfer it to the resort.

I know because last year I was ill and when I called the front desk, I actually reached the Central Call Center - after determining that I did not need 911 - they transferred me to the front desk at SSR for further assistance.

You are better off giving them your cell phone number, or the phone number to your room when you arrive.

I didn't think of this, but last year someone mentioned standing at the front desk and see if the phone ever rings. Check-in at POR was rather long this year and they were correct; the phone never rang once. They are busy taking care of their customers and leaving the calls to the CCC.
