Save Money on the Cruise??
Are there any discounts, dont laugh, to be had against the excursion and spa experiences onboard a Disney cruise line?
Thanks, Natalie Henley Last edited by nrhenley; 04-01-2011 at 12:31 AM. |

I have been on six Disney cruises and have never heard of any.

Your subject line asks a question that the content of your message answers.
"Save money on the cruise?" For a lot of folks the answer is, not to go to the spa or do excursions and just enjoy all the free things you can do.

Spa--there are sometimes specials offered, particularly on port days if their appointments are not as full as they'd like. These will be listed in the Navigator and sometimes on the signs in the elevators.
Excursions--book privately, not thru DCL. It's usually cheaper. Of course, if you go privately YOU are responsible for being back on board on time. |

Also the gift shop always had a clearance rack and things on sale...I have not seen a sale on Disney excursions but like PP said...much cheaper to do it on your own...have a blast!! Tara

Thanks!
What about the excurions in Nassau?!? Would you suggest them or not? I had thought about the glass bottom boat one. It is $17 pp and takes you on a ride to see fish, a garden, then to shopping.
