On this cold and snowy night, what are you making for dinner?

It's not that I hate to cook, I hate coming up with ideas of what to cook.

I'd love to hear some suggestions!

I was anticipating a lousy drive home today, so before I left for work, I put a roast and some potatoes, onions and carrots in the crock-pot. We came home to a nice, hot, hearty pot roast for dinner.

Are you implying that I need to cook?

Just kidding though I did buy a precooked chicken for dinner but I did add sides.

We had chicken fajitas.

Tomorrow will probably be another snow day for us, so I'll be making a turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, turnips, corn and biscuits.

Okay I had a long drive home and didn't feel like cooking so I just made panini - which is my fancy name for sticking some sandwiches under the broiler for a minute.

I had Baked Ziti!

But it was Lean Cuisine...

I'm having some homemade blue Jell-O now, and it's tastier than the Ziti was!
