A couple dining questions
OK, I accidentally posted this on trip reports page and can't figure out how to delete it.
![]() 1. During the cruise can you eat breakfast in any of the MDR's (I know we can also eat at the buffet) or are you assigned a room and time? I've seen people say that you are assigned on the last morning but I'm also wondering how lax are they on the time? We have early dinner but we most definitely won't be up at 6:30 to eat breakfast...God willing, anyway. Would it be completely rude to show up at 8? 2. What does the price at Palo (dinner) include? Just the food, like everywhere else, or are there any wines that are also included? OK, I think that's it for now. Thanks! And sorry for my stupidity.

The last morning you are assigned to early or late breakfast based on your dinner assignment in the last MDR you ate in the night before. Sometimes they will let you go to the "other" seating, if you have a good enough reason. Or you can go to the buffet the last morning, they serve until 8:00, and you can remain there until 8:30. 2. Just the food. As elsewhere, wine is extra. There's no stupidity on the DISboards.

You'll most likely be up early on that last morning anyway - there's very little time for lounging. Debarkation typically begins around 7:30am and they prefer all guests to be off the ship by 9:00am. However, if the early breakfast assignment doesn't suit, you are welcome to eat at the buffet; room service will not be available. If you go to the late breakfast on debarkation morning, your table and serving team may not be available for you as the late diners are assigned to that time. Any other morning, breakfast is at your leisure wherever/whenever you choose.
Enjoy your cruise! |

OK great! Thanks so much you guys! I'm getting so excited!! I'm still working on my parents. My mom definitely wants to go with us, but not sure if my dad will be on board (pun intended
).
