Any unadvertised holiday Disney tips 11/26-31?
We're arriving this Friday. We'll be in the parks Saturday to Tuesday. I'm just wondering if there are any good Holiday tips that I'm unaware of. I know about the Osborne lights, Dessert Party, Mickey's Party, and the Processional at Epcot. There are 5 adults and 2 children going. We go just about every year but you can't do everything so I just want to find out before this trip! We're going to check out the resort decorations also. Anyone know if the Contemporary has the gingerbread/chocolate display like I saw in '06? Please share anything else you know! Thanks!

We just got back, and not everything was decorated. The wreath on the CR wasn't up. and I didn't see their gingerbread. They were working on the gingerbread house at GF. I'm sure most of it will be decorated when you get there.
The Osborne lights were really cool. We enjoyed them. The area does get a bit packed though. We got there about 6 and by 6:30 it was hard to walk around. We didn't do Mickey's Christmas party. They put on a little show at the Castle around 6:15 to light the castle. It's pretty cute. We did the Wishes Dessert Party.. It was really good.. The only draw back was that most people stood up to watch the fireworks. Even if you had a close seat, you had to stand to see. The dessert was AMAZING.. I think I'm still on a sugar high.. Have a great time.. We had excellent weather. I hope it continues for you.. |
