My Passporter book just came in. I'm gonna be busy reading.

Having used and enjoyed the Passporter book for The World on our first trip there, I ordered the Cruise Passporter book. I agree with the other opinions that it is a very helpful and informative book for first time cruisers, like us. Not just on board, but terminal, boarding, and disembarkment procedures, tips, and hints. I also got the online version of the book to load on my iPad so I can take it and the Unofficial Guide along without having to carry all those books (we are doing a week at The World before the cruise).
Especially if you're a first-timer, buy the Passporter cruise guide. You won't regret the purchase. |

John, Kevin, or Pete? Do you know if we will be getting a logo for Podcast 3.0? I don't want to start making anything until I know if one will be given out or not. Thanks.

What a great question, bjkjoy! Never would have thought of something like that.
So looking forward to this cruise - and having a ball with all the planning... |

We got one for Podcast 2.0 and thought they would get one for 3.0 also. I think we will hold off on our door decorations and FEs until I know.

I'm not these guys, but I'll be very surprised if they don't have a special PCC 3.0 logo. They did for 1.0 and 2.0 - we got a magnet version of that in our welcome aboard package.

We were on 2.0 and I used it for several things, including on my FE gift. They did have restrictions on how you could use it and that's why I am going to wait and see. I'll also wait to see how many we will have in our FE group. It's a little early to get too excited yet. (or not)

For those of you who were on PCC 2.0 and used the Dis discount at the S/D, what was the rate?
We're debating making a reservation for a pre-cruise stay on our DVC points or hold out in the event of a S/D discount. 38 weeks? I'm not doing nearly enough daydreaming!

I can second that, jpeka65844!!! Have already made my granddaughter 2 princess gowns and working on a third. Thinking about buying my grandson a tux from "Cutie Clothes" which will be much cheaper than renting - and I know he'll only wear it once - but I hate to leave him out.... I figure if I keep getting our things together little by little, the $$ outlay won't seem so bad as if I leave it till closer to our sail date. Now - what to do about the rest of the stuff I'm dreaming about.....
