Our Excellent Servers! - The DIS Discussion Forums

We just returned from our 3 night Wonder cruise that began on Veteran's day, November 11th.

I know DCL travelers expect excellent servers, but these two, Mihalo and Geffrey went beyond any expectations we ever had. Each meal was a pleasure and all 7 of us, 3 children, their parents and us, the grandparents, couldn't wait to learn what excitement these two had in store for us when our meal was ended. We smiled and enjoyed the origami creations, the magic tricks, and napkin art.

Anyone who gets these two in the future is in for a very special experience. I can't thank them enough!

PS. The Peter Pan hat looked much better in person, but I hope you get the "idea."

Congratulations, Bobbi, on scoring such wonderful, magical servers!! They put the cruise over the top for all of you, I am sure!!

We just returned from a 7 night Western, and had very, very nice servers- but they did not do all the extra "stuff" which really is so special. We had servers like yours on our first cruise, and while we all loved them then, and appreciated their AMAZING service, we appreciated them even MORE this cruise when we fully realized how they managed to add all those extra touches to our dinners when they were already so busy.

Our family was on a 3 night cruise in '09 and we had servers that we thought were tops, and they were. The kids were younger then, (4,5,6) and different things delighted them then compared to what was special on this cruise. You are very right, podsnel, the servers are so busy. To make time for the kids as these did was above and beyond what we expected.

The servers always can make or break the trip! Our servers on Disney are always top notch !
