If you could get a great

deal on Jeffrey Dahmer childhood home where he killed his first victim, would you buy it, and live there ? Its a big deal in my town, no one will buy it and the owner is thinking about turning it into a vegan restaurant , serious,

anyway, im not a superstitious person and dont believe in ghost or anything like that, but I just couldn't live there

It wouldn't bother me. The only thing that would keep me from living in a cheap "haunted/creepy/messed up historical significance" home is the tourists that would find it and want to tour it.

But yeah, that whole thing with PETA ... that's just weird beyond words.

No, I don't think I could but I'm surprised it can't sell. Usually serial murderers have a few whack jobs that worship them, I'm surprised one hasn't bought it and made a museum in his honor

but you would look up his child hood and know where he tortured animals, and the young man he killed where he hid his remains and murdered him, that would just creep me way out, it could never be a "home' to me

I was thinking that to, even make a haunted house, there has to be a way to make money on this thing, but
thats why I added "and live in it"

Why wouldn't it be? I don't get this thinking. who would tear it down?

The house didn't do anything, it was the evil person who lived in it. Lots of houses around that someone died in them or was murdered.

If it was somewhere I wanted to live and could get a steal on it, I"d consider it.

If I liked the area and the house itself, absolutely. I'm not superstitious or easy creeped out, though.

I lived in a haunted house once and I've been threatened by living bad people here and there. Haunted houses, for good or ill, can't hurt you. Living evil folks, OTOH, are something to genuinely worry about. Based on that, it wouldn't bother me to own such a blighted property, except for the tourist angle. Serial killer tourists would seriously, seriously creep me out. If I owned the property, I think I would tear down the house and donate the land to my religious organization of choice to do with as they pleased (and take the deduction off my taxes).
