Room discounts

We scheduled our stay at the All Star Music Resort about 5 months ago and now that the discounts for Oct-December are coming out I was wondering if those discounts can be applied for guests who have already reserved during those dates. Seems like on my last trip I thought they gave us the discount that was announced after we booked. Is there a policy regarding this issue?

You can take advantage of the discounts as long as there are rooms still available with a discount. Just call the reservation center and they will walk you through how that works.

Room discounts are done to fill rooms. If the resort you are staying in is already booked, the discounts will not be offered at that resort, but may be offered at another resort. You may have to move to another resort to take advantage of the discount - or you can have a chance to upgrade with your existing package and not pay any more then you have already paid now.
