OMG sooo true! Thankfully in FL her hair was so unmanageable she didn't even try. She has SOOOO much hair she kills the flat iron! Although the flat iron is better than the constant playing with the hair.

I'd be bald if I flat ironed like that. Seriously. It would all fall out. Using it just for a couple minutes fries my hair (but I have wimpy wimpy hair). Although in August, in FL I had "big" hair. Which isn't saying much, just made it look frizzy.

I love the intro! Pictures always round out the story. I loved seeing all that green behind you. We are currently in AZ (literally almost Mexico) but are looking for a transfer to Bellingham, WA someday. A few other places in WA also, but Bellingham is first choice. I thought I was dreaming when I saw Whatcom Falls.

Hi Cynthia!! I'll have to do some massive catch up on the tail end of my trip- thankfully, you practice the art of TOC linking!!

Hi and Those pics are actually Wallace Falls which is a bit closer to us but it does look similar. I'd have a hard time living in the SW. I love it to visit but I'd miss the green, it would be hard. Bellingham is great, Western is (right now) where Taylor is targeting for college.

and from New Zealand! I am dying to visit New Zealand. Jeff really wants our next couple trip to be Australia but I'd love to somehow manage NZ in there as well.

YAY Liesa's here! I was worried you wouldn't make it by before you left.

I know that feeling, I have it quite often on yours and Glenn's threads!

I do practice the art of TOC linking. I do get behind on it but imagine at least in these early TR days, I'll be good.

I love the banner you made the spectrum mom's. I'm so happy you are joining us
I'm confusing myself on the PTR so don't feel bad . We cancelled October and will be in WDW for 13 days in December at Pop Century. No more date changes. Thanks for the kind words about the banner, I really was happy to make it for them.

I confuse myself all the time!

December would be so much fun! We've always wanted a thanksgiving trip, maybe someday!

Joining in! I read a little bit of your PTR and you have an incredibly engaging writing style. Can't wait to hear more about your big trip.
