HydroFlask DISCount for Disers...
I just spoke with the owner of HydroFlask (Travis) and he tells me that the folks that visit the Dis are now able to order with a 10% discount.
I think that's pretty awesome. In order to qualify for the discount, you must visit www.HydroFlask.com/promo and enter the promo code DIS. That's all there is to it. Please understand that this is for new orders only and you must use the website and promo code. Previous orders, telephone orders and retail purchases are not eligible for the DIScount. I'm also told that GKTW is very excited to be a part of this. Travis tells me that GKTW could be on the site as soon as tomorrow. So for all of you waiting for this info....here you go. You get the chance to support a great small business, but a terrific product and give a portion of the price to GKTW. In my book, that's WIN, WIN, WIN!!!!! |

Is there life outside of Disney? If so, I don't want to know about it.

Cool!
I just got my bottles today, which I ordered on July 23rd <sigh>. It took several emails and phone calls to find out what was going on and unfortunately they sent 2 of the same smaller bottles instead of the 2 different designs I had ordered, but we're happy to have them just the same. My kids can't believe when I tell them their drinks will still be cold at the end of the day. Can't wait to test that out! Kevin - your link is missing the "y" in Hydro - most folks will probably figure it out, but if you could correct it, it may eliminate frustration for someone else down the road. I love that GKTW will benefit from this too!

I just emailed to find out the cost of posting to the UK, and I got a reply in seconds!!
These look really good, so it all depends on postage! The last bottle I got (from a local hiking store) leaked as soon I got it, so the lifetime guarantee is appealing!

Way to go, Kevin!
Is the free shipping deal still in effect? I might get the larger one to keep in the car to use to refill my 18 oz Thermos. |

Great news. Just used my 18oz bottle at WDW this weekend, after a full day in the parks in 90+ degree weather my water was nice and cold all day. Plus no dripping bottles in the tote or on me.
Ordering a few more in other sizes and some gifts too |

Ok so now the big decision... Narrow mouth 18oz or Std mouth 21oz.
I like the 18oz size, but is the narrow mouth to small to fit an ice cube? I am thinking the standard half moon cubes from our freezer. Thanks!

3 days too late for me..
updatemy large flask just arrived 3 days ago. So far keeping cold things cold, haven't tried coffee yet.
Family now interested, so this discount may help them. Good product Travis! Plus, makes cool echo when struck! update....OK, just ordered 5 bottles tonight! Travis, if you see this, can you get them to Snyder NY before next Saturday? I'm sure they'll be here before we leave for WDW on 2 Sep, but the one child not going with us would like it before she goes back to college. T-15 days until B-Day at OKW Last edited by Buffman; 08-18-2010 at 10:02 PM. |

I am curious (like Alice) and have this question to Hydro Flask Fans. When you say it kept your water cold all day - at the end of the day, is that the same water you started with? I do understand that a double walled vacuum bottle (Hydro Flask or Thermos) will keep the water the same temperature all day. But are you using it as a drinking or storage container? Especially on hot day, I assume you have refilled it several times with fresh icy cold water? I have an 18 oz Thermos that I love. Keeps my beverage icy cold. But I am surprised how quickly I drink down 18 ounces. Then I am looking for more ice and cold water. |
