POP Room with View of Fireworks

I heard I could see the fireworks from Pop Century. What type of a room request should I make to try to get a room with a view of the fireworks? I know it's not guaranteed, but I'd love to try. We have a 2 year old DD, so we will be turning in early each evening. It would be nice to be able to see some fireworks in the evening, even if they are far in the distance.

Don't know which room would be the best. But because of all of the trees, you might have a partial view from the parking lot itself. The view is of Epcot's fireworks which from a distance are going to be sporadic. Epcot's show has some fireworks at the beginning right at 9:00 pm, then about 10 or 15 minutes later, you can see more fireworks as they end their evening show.

One year, we were at Pop and there was a special after-park party at MGM (now DHS). Around midnight, we saw the MGM fireworks from Pop. They were much better than Epcot's from a distance.

Unless your daughter just can't stay awake until 9:30, I'd watch the fireworks from the parks. You can't beat the music, lights and fireworks view from upclose IMHO.

Smile Great views from bldg #2 , top floor.

These are facing the Hourglass lake and we could see both the MK and Epcot fireworks from our room every night. It was a great view, although you are a distance away so that the booms aren't as loud! But still they were nice!

I always request "50's section, 4th floor, EPCOT view". Two out of four times we have received our request.
Good luck! It's great to be able to pull a chair out onto the "balcony" at night and watch the fireworks from Illuminations and from much further away, you can catch wishes.

Request Building 2, fourth floor, lakeside, if you are primarily using a car and rarely the buses.

Building 3 (also fourth floor, lakeside) if you want to be close to both parking and the main area.

Building 4 (again fourth floor, lakeside) if you want to be as close as possible to the bus stop, food court and Hippy Dippy pool.

All of these locations will allow you to see the higher fireworks of Illuminations and provide a decent view of Wishes. Have a magical trip!

This is just the info I was looking for. One question - are those requested areas preferred or standard rooms?

Thanks!

Balcony. Now that's funny. Seriously, you can stand in the parking lot and see them. I was returning to the room with food one night and they scared me so much I almost dropped the food.

Smile Yes we saw them last year!

We stayed in Bldg 2 top floor and could see them whenever we were in for the night. You can see Epcot's and MK's although you will not hear much of the sound.
