Didn't find anything great. Minivans are in the 400-500 range for 9 days, even with KLM code and xvc1092 code w national.

Dollar had good rates with their city special.

Can I ask where you see the city specials on Dollar? I looked under Location Discount and don't even see Orlando. (never mind I found the pop up button)

I have a full size with the National KLM for July 5-13 for $266 total right now. Not great but I had to start somewhere. The midsize SUV is $283.

We are looking for 11 days (renting from Tampa) in July. I know last year I had the best luck about a month out from our dates.

Looking for a mini SUV this time around.

I got a full size from Dollar (July 24-Aug 2) for $250 total. Right now, that is the best I have come up with so far.

Thanks for starting this thread. Keep posting on finds :-)

I got a compact at thrifty July 16-28 $170 including taxes. Found it on car rental savers website then went directly to thrifty to book. Couple hrs later price was back up to $375. Booked about 1 month ago. It was city special.

I'm in for a July rental!

I am just starting my hunt, but so far the cheapest I have found for a Standard size rental for 10 days is $328 through E-Z Rent A Car. I'm hoping to find something cheaper as we get closer!

I haven't found anything yet. I am looking for a full size or possibly a minivan. I always book with Alamo for the free extra driver. I believe Hertz and Budget allows a spouse for free, but I have never used them, because Alamo has always come out cheaper. Thrifty and Dollar charge per day for the additional driver. I have found good deals at Dollar and Thrifty, but once you add in the $10/day for the extra driver, it adds $100 + tax to the bill which doesn't make the price a good deal anymore.

I checked mousesaver. com they list all discount codes and said with national you can use up to 2 codes. They didn't have any deals for july yet guessing they should have deals for july in a couple of months

Do you guys think it would be helpful to list available and found codes in the first post?

I don't mind managing and editing it as needed.
