Thanks guys.

Opening day at MK kicks off with BBB at 830 and CRT at 10. I figure we can do a couple of FL rides in between. I know we're not going to knock out a lot of rides on day 1 but we plan on doing another day at MK and MNSSHP.

Alright, I am in full Commando mode seriously right now. I have the May trip planned already, no problem there. At this point my mom and I will just have to go and my commando skills will be put to the test.

Now on to the November trip. I know you can only book dining and whatnot 6 months out, but I wish Disney would provide the calendar for 7 months out. It would make it easier to plan accurately in order to make the correct ADR's. But alas, I must make like a commando and roll with it. I have created 2 plans. Each has day's/activities that are interchangeable.

5. Tomorrow land speedway
6. Lunch Cosmic Rays
7. Space Mountain
8. Buzz

Day 3 (Sun): Church at MainGate COC; Food and Wine/ WS touring; DHS touring; Dinner at Restaurant Marrakesh; Illuminations; Free time.

Day 4* (Mon): Breakfast at Tusker House; AK touring; Wanyama Safari incl. dinner at Jiko; EMH park touring.

Day 7 (Thur): RD at IOA; Lunch at Mythos; IOA touring; Dinner at 'Ohana. Free time.

Day 8 (Fri): RD at Epcot; Mama Melrose Fantasmic! pkg Lunch; DHS touring; Dinner at Shula's. Free time/ EMH park touring.

Day 9 (Sat): Breakfast at Kona Cafe; RD at AK; Blizzard Beach; Dinner at BOG; MK touring; Wishes Dessert Party; EMH park touring.

Day 10 (Sun): Church at MainGate COC; House of Blues Brunch; mini golf; Lunch at DTD; Departure.

*indicates possible nights to add MVMCP.
Free time is DTD/Disney Quest/resort time so I am taking suggestions on activities in WDW but outside of the parks to do in the evening. I am also looking to my Commandos for help with park touring, particularly Epcot. I can run around MK with my eyes closed, lol.
Now I'm on my way to update my PTR.

Looks good to me Is this the particular order you were going in? That may need to change, but other than that as long as you all hustle, especially in the A.M. you should be ok.

The only thing that we want to hit first is the Merida meet and greet. Everything else is not in order. I'm in the process of figuring that out now. Im using touring plans but I've never used it before. If anyone has suggestions of what I should get done before lunch that would be great! For lunch I'm thinking sometime between 11am-11:30am.

Wow Busy day here today, this is Great seeing all these Great plans, IMO the planning makes the trip, it doesn't matter if you get it all done or not as long as you have a good time, It is a goal to try to complete I would say probably a good % of guests have no plan or goal and end up like a deer in headlights with no idea what to do next, or spent too much time worrying about if they should use white or colored index cards for notes

But planning is a big part of a Great vacation, when the vacation is over I've never seen any threads yet that said I'm sure glad we used yellow index cards, it made all the difference

This could be one of those times that you might be better off not really doing anything in between that is if there is even time (unless you and your son leave to do something), I've never been to BBB but if it's anything like a regular salon it's going to take awhile, plus if anything gets messed up from the time she gets out of BBB to breakfast at CRT you know who's going to get blamed I'd say after breakfast all is fair game

Great plans, I got worried for a second thinking this was the one your Mom was going on (with the para sailing), I'm getting old I'd probably need a scooter trying to keep up with you

Any Commandos going to be at WDW August 4-14, if you are I'd love to meet up with you, I've meet up with at least 15 members on the Dis Boards so far (mostly from The Dis Dads Club and some members of The Commando Club) and had a Great time with all of them, So far for my next trip I have 3 meet ups in the works, my son always asks before the trip am I going to see any of my Disney friends (he's meet a ton of kids and has a blast), This trip I was able to tell him he would have a Birthday party with some Disney friends, some that he has meet before

So if you get a chance to have a meet, try it, you will probably have a blast
