ABD website updated - The DIS Discussion Forums

They've changed the website a bit. They've added some videos to the main page including a new one about the Egypt trip and changed the drop down menus a little. Not much that's really new except the Egpyt video.

Oooooh.... exciting!!! Can't wait for the Egypt adventure! Have to remember to bring my tripod for those night light photos!!!

Still nothing about the ABD/DCL add-ons. But I'm off to watch the videos!

The Med Cruise details was the first thing I checked for, but nada. Adding the Egypt video is good. It would be nice if they had that kind of video for each trip. Maybe they will at least have a video each time they add a new itinerary. Still waiting for them to add some Alaska photos to the Junior Adventurers page.

I called yesterday and was told the Med / Cruise info would be updated in November. However I was told that one reason for the delay is they are working on a pre cruise 3 day adventure in Barcelona. Hope this is true.

This would be awesome. I was so disappointed when AbD dropped their Spain tour.

Sorry if this is OT, but have any of you received the hard-copy brochure? The online version is a little hard to read, at least for me anyway.

I second that! Tauck has a great itinerary including Portugal. They don't go to Barcelona though.

I haven't, but I just got contacted by the gal I'd talked to at AAA, and she called me to let me know they had the brochures. So if you have a AAA nearby, check with them! (I haven't had a chance to get there yet & pick up mine!)

And the online version is EXTREMELY hard to read for me!

Have you done this Tauck one to Spain? My husband and I looked at the itinerary but we didn't like that there were so many hotel moves. I think we will go to Spain on our own unless we go via a cruise.

I can't believe it, but the brochure came in today's mail. And it's a lot easier to read than the online version.

Nope, we were hoping to do the ABD Spain but they canceled it 2 years ago. The itinerary covers a lot of cities so I'm not surprised about the several hotel change. Barcelona is a beautiful city, we want to see more of the country!
