huh? They must be talking about the non animated movies then (like Touchstone Pictures) as I don't remember Cinderella lighting up after having a hard day cleaning the house

Had to laugh when I read that.
Anybody who goes through all the Disney movies to figure that out needs to get out the smoke filled back room and out into the sunshine.

Annyhoo...
Pecos Bill in Melody Time smoked roll your own cigs.
Black Pete always had a cigar stuffed in his mouth.
Basil of Baker Street smoked a pipe.

There are probably others in the older animateds, but there's a good chance they will all go the way of Pecos Bills cigarette:
The PC airbrush.

From what I can recall off-hand;

101 Dalmations, Cruella
The Rescuers, Madame Medusa
The Fox and The Hound, The Old Guy
The Great Mouse Detective, Basil
Snow White, (doesn't Doc smoke a pipe at one point?)
Pinnoccio, Pinno and lots of others
Peter Pan, The Peace pipe scene
Alice, The Caterpillar

Thats all I can recall. I think there may have been a scene in Lady and the Tramp, but I can't be so sure. Either way....thats not 70%.

Was there not a pipe smoker in Tarzan, either the professor or Clayton
Mulan had smoking in it too, I think

Here's the data it was based on (I think)

http://smokefreemovies.ucsf.edu/pdf/Disney9908.pdf

Have to agree with PP, pretty sad to waste all that time but at least it was on all major studios

Atlantis : The Lost Empire had Wilhemina Bertha Packard, she smoked cigarettes.

I'm not sure, but there may have been smoking in Treasure Planet too. I could be wrong!
