Beaches and Cream listed as quick service??

I was just looking around the WDW site and noticed that B&C is listed under quick service. I know that this has always been a restaurant that doesn't take ressies, but does require a table service credit. Has anything changed?

No, it is a TS credit on the dining plan, but they don't take reservations. Same as always when we were there in January.

I believe you can use snack credits there for ice cream at the take out window, I thought someone posted that recently, so maybe that's where the confusion is coming from? Other than that, I don't know, but I think the website is wrong.

It is TS.That has NOT changed.Last summer they piloted a breakfast option there and that was a QS credit, but that was DC'D relatively right after the pilot ended.

You can't trust what you see on the Disney website, it's been wrong on way too many things lately. Other than the breakfast option that was tried for a short period last year, Beaches and Cream is a table service, not a quick service. This is not the only error that's turned up on the website in the past month or so.

Beaches and Cream being TS..... Guess we won't go there. I LOVE it, but don't want to use up a TS for that.

Whoever you spoke to is wrong, it's a table service and is listed as such in the Disney Dining Plan brochures.

The mark of a table service is that they have servers who take your order and bring you the food, which Beaches and Cream has.

There is a takeout area, but you can't get food there - drinks and ice cream only.

That's not hard...I don't expect anyone at WDW-DINE to know anything except how to make reservations, as they have given out incorrect info on a fairly regular basis. Some of the phone agents are not even in Florida, as Disney uses several call centers.
