Welcome everyone! I was checking in daily for a while ....with no new additions..... then I decide to not check-in and everyone comes in!!!!

This is our first cruise - so we're hoping we'll love it (as opposed to being green in the room the entire time!)

I looked up Palo just for the heck of it the other day and they were all booked up. We didn't plan to go there anyway -- since this is our 1st, we figured we'd check out all the regular places first!!

I asked hubby about excursions - he said he'd rather just relax on the boat.

Please feel free to start a FE or MeetNGreet post. I'll just add it to the 1st post so everyone knows where to look for it.

I started this post because I was interested to know "who" would be on the cruise -- more adults than kids?, more older than younger folks?, kidless like us?

Hi Everyone! We've had our August cruise booked since the day booking opened for the Dream, but my lack of willpower caused me to book this one to tide us over. It'll be our 3rd DCL cruise.

It'll be me (Jennifer), my DH (Peter), and our son Storm who will turn 17 a few days before the cruise. Good to meet you!

Loving all the pics and info being posted on Dis! Part of me wants to not look and be totally surprised, other part wants to know everything!!! Guess which part is winning!

Trying to get on this cruise with you guys. As of right now, there is no availability, but over the last week, rooms have been popping up here and there. I have my TA on the lookout.

It will be me, my DH, and my DS(15).

There are menus for all but Remy.

For cruisers with kids, something I did on our first cruise that was fun was I purchased plain white pillow cases and using computer iron on transfers, put a disney design on them. When we boarded, I dropped them off at guest services and they had the characters sign them and deliver them to our room on the last night. One word of warning, even thought they use sharpie markers, they will still come off on your kids face at night! lol

I am very excited. I have always wanted to go on a Disney cruise and finally booked one for my 40th birthday. My husband, daughter (8) and son (11) are going with. A friend told me about the fish extenders and I was wondering if there was a group doing that.

I have never done FE's before but DD12 and I would like to try. Does anyone else have any experience with organizing an FE group and might be willing to help us out?
