Should I take my coffee pot?

We have never stayed at a value but I seem to remember that there is not a coffee pot in the room?

We are driving and I am considering taking my Keurig with me. DH thinks I'm crazy- he thinks I should drink the Nescafe if there is not pot in the rooom. I could but I'd much rather have real coffee.

Anyone else ever bring their own coffee pot or am I crazy?

We usually stay moderate or deluxe and I bring my own coffee maker because the one in the room is so small and mine has a timer so the coffee is made by the time I wake up. I say bring it, just unplug it when you leave the room for the day to be on the safe side.

The All Star Movies did not have an in-room coffee pot. We got resort refillable mugs, and I went to get her coffee from the cafeteria (or whatever it's called) every morning. PLUS, i've used my mug for coffee almost every morning since.
But if you like your coffee, you should consider bringing your own pot.

We take ours when we go to Pop because the Nescafe is not good coffee! I also love Keurig coffee but ours is too large to take to fly down with. I was just saying they need to make a smaller one for those who fly!

We took our own coffee pot when we stayed at All Star Music. It made having our morning coffee so much easier.

Take it! At some resorts (pop) it can be a VERY long walk to get a cup of coffee and when you get there it is horrible.

We always take our own coffee pot simply because the ones in the rooms are gross. We have seen hairs in them (filter area), etc. We take our own disposable coffee cups as well as our own bagged coffee.

believe me you will not like the Nescafe. I took one taste and knew i had to find real coffee somewhere so i dumped it and would never drink that again. Also i dont like to use the ones in the room it kind of grosses me out. Better safe then sorry bring your own im sure it cant take up that much room

I would never use those in-room coffee pots. We're taking our mini-Keurig, which works like a dream.

If I were driving, I would bring my own pot, filters, cooler. If staying at the values, not sure if I remember a fridge for the milk. Did not care for Nescafe, but I figured for one week I could suck it up. Wrong!! Wished I had my own coffee at ASMusic and CSR. Flying down makes a difference in how you pack and what you can withstand!!

Yep, I am bringing my own pot. I actually ordered a 4 cup one with a timer from Amazon for $16 to save space. I also bought a 2.7 cu ft fridge from Big Lots for $70 that I am bringing. So we can keep our creamer, snacks, water and beer nice and cold and for a lot less than they charge!

Oh and you are not crazy. I am not a coffee drinker, but DH is a nightmare without his coffee and I know the Necafe will not do. I am bringing one just to keep us started off on a positive note every day. He is no fun without his coffee.
