BWV 1BR BW view ... which room to request ??

Also which floor ... and of course any to stay away from. I hate to end up in a room with a terrible view or extremely noisy after paying the premium for the view.

I don't think requests for a specific room get honored very often.
Welcome to the DISBOARDS! Enjoy your stay Remember that my requests require JPG file name...

How about rooms to stay away from ??

Just want a decent view of the fireworks (Epcot) and not too noisy. Also, where can I find where the stairs are ?? We could stay on the 2nd floor and use the stairs if too far from the elevators.

Your best bet is call Disney and ask them to note those 3 requests (quiet room, view of EP fireworks, close to stairs) on your reservation in order of priority. Just know, requests are never guaranteed. If you don't like the room you are given at check-in, you can ask if anything else is available.

One room I would dread getting is one of the 3 next to the DVC Preview Center, right on boardwalk level.

I always request top floor, close to elevator. Most of the time I get 3rd or 4th and far from elevator. Was in studio 3005 last month, 3 rooms from the end. As you can see from the diagram, there are not too many near the elevator.

There are 4 one bedrooms on the corner of the Village Green:

Close to elevator but not best view.
