I just got home from my 7 days at Disney. I stayed at POP.
They still have the same mugs as the rest of the resorts.

They are the ones pictured in the post by Venomhatch from the POLY.
We have 1 of every color plus more then a few extras.

All of the resorts have the same mugs.

I imagine Disney Resorts will use them until they run out.

I liked to take mine to the parks each day to fill with water.
At alot of my meals, servers offered to give me a drink to take with me, and I just put it in the mug. It was also nice when getting back to my resort in the evening, to have it with me to fill in the resort food court, after I got off the bus.

Hoping for new mugs to roll out soon, have more then enough of this design.
Planning to go to MNSSHP this fall. Will keep my fingers crossed for new mugs.

They had a good, solid stock of the pool scene mugs at Pop Century this week. If they are waiting to sell out of them before introducing a new mug, it may take a really long, long, time...

We were at CSR week before last and it was the same thing. I asked a CM who was restocking the shelf at Rix and she said they have "cases and cases" of that style. Not looking good for the new design to make its debut any time soon... Hopefully by my next trip, I guess.

I am thinking that IF there is a mug change this year, it might come after the summer months since the current mugs are very summer-looking. Only time will tell, I suppose. At least the current mugs are really cute. Better than some of the others, IMHO.

I'm good with the current beach scene mugs. LOL. I haven't been since 2010 and the last ones we have are the red ones with red, yellow & black handles.

So this current design is good for me and my daughter in May.

I'm still holding out hope for a new design. Between the reduction of free dining promotions and the decreased value/increased price of the dining plans discouraging people from paying for it, I think it might just be taking longer than usual to get through the stock on hand.

Is there any reason that you can't buy just one or two new Disney cup to share instead of 4 for instance. Use the older ones to split a drink refill! Dollywood comes out with brand new cups every year and I think a refill is $1 anytime you want it! Splash Country is free refills with a chip in the bottom for limited time. We take our last yrs cup and split the drink! If you don't get ice in the new cup you get more drink. Get your free ice in the old cup. I was told to do that by the worker who sold me the cup! Everyone seems to do that! Just asking!

Me too! I hope the current ones are the ones they offer for our September trip this year. Our last trip was 2010 also!

For those who were wondering, I am sad to report they have not changed the theme...was hoping for a different style since it has been waay too long with the "Mickey and friends lounging by the pool" version. Guess we will have more to add the collection. We are at BCV now but will be visiting BWV and AoA over the next 2 wks...will let you all know if the style suddenly changes (wishful thinking!!

That's what I was just going to ask. We have the mickey on the beach mugs from our trip last year and are planning our trip to WDW this year. Can we just bring and use our mugs? Do they have a way of checking?
