I am, I know last year was a fluke but we still had fun. Hoping for better weather this year but either way I'll be ready to have a blast! I did feel bad for the first timer that went with us last year, I kept explaining that it was not typical weather, he's coming again this year so I'm hoping things go a little better.

Last year we were at the world from May 21-28 and got close to 11 inches of rain. We were under a tornado warning during dinner at CM for DS5 Bday. We will be there this year from May 18-27. I can tell you I researched the Farmer's Almanac and the report for Central Florida is that while temperatures will be above average, the precipitation will be below average. From what I understand, the mild May weather will lead to a worse hurricane season as the summer goes along.

I will, but to be honest I really don't remember it raining that much at all. Just one evening at MK. I really must have blocked it from my memory!

Was there from May 16th - 23rd in 2009. Remember eating offsite, and I started to cry because of the rain! We are going the exact same dates this year, and I am praying for little to no rain! I think last year was a freak rain storm, but please don't let it happen again.

I remember reading that the rain from last May was the worst weather in May in more than 20 years.

We were there May 16 - 23rd last year and leave tomorrow for our "make up" trip. Holy cow it was bad - I was so tired of being cold and wet! We got trapped in the Haunted Mansion one afternoon because of the tornado warnings

We were there May 23rd-May 30th! I have never seen that much rain in my life! It was crazy! We are going back again the exact same dates this year. I am not worried about the weather. That much rain last year was definitely out of the ordinary. Can't wait for our trip!!

We were there last May and are returning this May for the third year in a row. Last May it did rain a lot, I remember going back to the Poly mid day to take a nap with my DH and listening to the storm outside. I didn't care because we were at the Poly and that room was darn relaxing. However a few other times we sucked it up and walked through the rains the few days we were there. I can handle the rain there, however we were at DL in December for one day and it rained and it was in the 40's, now that was misery!

Yep, we were there the 16th through the 23rd and we had non-stop rain all week. I think we had half a day of sunshine on our last day.

We were there in early May in 09' and the big rains started the day after we arrived home! It didn't rain a single drop while we were there!...we really dodged that bullet, didn't we?!

We were there the last week in May and we missed the rain by one day. I remember all the CMs telling us how lucky we were to have missed the "monsoon". We will be there this year from May 7th - May 16th. Hoping history does not repeat itself!!!!

We were there May 15-22 of last year and I don't think I've ever seen so much rain in one week before. Sometimes during the days we managed to avoid it but other times we got dumped on. We still did everything we wanted to do except spend time at the pool (it was our first trip to CBR and I really liked the pool area, but we could never go back there after the first couple of days).

I've just looked at this year as well, it almost definitely won't rain any more than last year.

We went the first week in May last year, and I think it was the first trip in ten that it didn't rain AT ALL. But, boy oh boy, was it hot. It got up to 96 one day - very odd for early May! We're going again this May (this time, the last week in May) to brave Memorial Day (crowds?)
