What is the name/brand of the cream you use?

I wore croc flip flops everyday for our trip last year and my feet were fine (expected level of sore but no blisters or anything) but I am thinking about ordering a pair of Teva's for this years trip to swap out with my crocs. Does anyone have any recommedations for a good floppy type hat that is still somewhat cute? It was so hot last Sept and DH & I both want to get hats for this year but I don't want a ball cap type bc I always feel hotter in those.

I am definitely pooh-sized(26/28) last year and in a 24 now, hopefully 22/24 by Sept. and rode everything last year with no problems! I was hot but we drank tons of water, sat down when we could and tried to get into the air conditioned rides for every few outdoor rides. This year we plan on taking breaks during the day bc that was our biggest mistake last year.

Thanks to all those who posted about Woman Within. Finding petite plus sizes can be a giant PITA, but they had a really great selection of nice light fabrics, in some really cute patterns.

Besides Dick's Sporting Goods Store (which we do not have around here) you can order online at www.drugstore.com and some sellers sell it on Ebay.

I second (or third I didn't finish reading the whole thread) Lands End Swim Suits. I own 5 tankinis from them. Yes they are expensive, but they last forever. Lands End has great customer service and helped me over the phone pick the right size when I first was buying. I wear a 22 pants and all my suits tops and bottoms are 20W. Great support, style, and color options. I get many compliments on my suits and how cute they are. I cannot say enough great things about Lands End Suits.

Hi everyone!!! I'm not quite pooh-sized, maybe baby-pooh sized 16-18, so hopefully you don't kick me out of here! Anyway, I have a question about those noriders - I'm really intrigued by them but I can't figure out how they work. I watched the video on the website, but do they really work? How? Sorry if I'm a bit thick about this, I'm just having a hard time wrapping my brain around the concept!

We're leaving in one month on our cross country trek to WDW. I'm very pooh sized (5'5" & size 32/4x) with much of my weight in my booty, thighs, and lower middle. I've read all of this thread and WDW at Large at allears.net and it was all very helpful.

I received my Baggallini messenger bag from Amazon yesterday. Strap is definitely long enough. I've read that some well-endowed women have problems with the strap, but I don't fall in the well-endowed category, so it's fine for me.

Based on what I've read on various message boards and websites, I shouldn't have a problem on most rides. However, I'd love to hear about experiences from people with similar dimensions to mine.

Thank you to all that have posted their stories. They have helped relieve my anxieties!!!!

Just wanted to add my vote for the Cacique no-wire bras. I got them so I'd have something more 'comfy' a few years ago and no where nothing but. And they're on sale this weekend, buy 2 get 2 free!

Thanks for this thread!!!

I'm leaving on Monday morning (full flight, wish me luck!) and I'm 5'7 and a size 28, plus major baggage in the rear if you know what I mean. This is my 3rd DW trip. The first two times I went, I never even had the gusto or courage to even attempt to ride any of the rides because of my size. After reading this thread, I am confident that 3 times a charm and this will be one of the most exciting DW trips to date !!!!!!!!!!!!

5'6", size 20/22... here are my hints:

Spray my feet with antiperspirant every morning. Keeps them from sweating and reduces blister-potential.

A swipe of stick antiperspirant under the girls and on inner thighs, then baby powder. Never have an issue with chafing. I've also been known to run a swipe of antiperspirant down the middle of my back.

Frozen washcloths- I wet and freeze washcloths overnight, then take them in ziplocks in an insulated sandwich pouch into the parks. They stay pretty frozen, at least until 3pm in June, and feel SO GOOD on my neck, forehead, and arms in the middle of the day!

Towels- I bring my own bath towel to Disney- a REAL towel, that actually goes around me! It makes me feel better having a towel that FITS!

Take it slowly- WDW isn't a race, and there isn't any sense in rush, rush, rush. Drink lots, walk through air conditioned shops instead of the middle of Main St, and hit the a/c shows in the middle of the afternoon.

I didn't read all the posts so sorry if this was mentioned before, but I just ordered my swimsuit at Swimsuitsforall. There is no tax and use code shipitfree for free shipping. I LOVE my suit I bought from them!

Regarding the no wire bras...I just bought one at Fashion Bug this weekend. I'm a 38G, and although they don't sell them that big, I ended up buying a 40DDD, and I LOVE it!! Fashion Bug is owned by Lane Bryant, and I find that they have similar styles at the stores, ie. Right Fit pants and the back smoothing bra. The bra at Fashion Bug was only $19.99, and if I wanted to buy a second one, it would have been half price. I was worried about not having enough support but that didn't seem to be too much of a problem. Granted, I bought it just to wear around the house and to sleep in. I may try going onto the LB site, and finding a no wire bra in my exact size to wear to the parks.
