Cool. And here I thought I was the only person in America who didn't "get" Seinfeld. Cheers was more up my alley.

One of the things I have not done at Disney is golf there. Maybe a Dis Dads outing sometime in the future. Can you imagine that catastrophe?
Kidani is much better in my opinion. I'll have pictures of it in my next update.

I think Vegas would put the over/under on "wrecked and/or sunken golf carts" at 4.

Well, when you boil it down to pure numbers, how can you go wrong.

Our December trip is with a friend from back home and her son. It will be their first time, and probably won't be back for quite a while so we're definitely going to show them the best Disney time we can.

We ate at Jiko last March and loved the food there. We got there early enough to walk around and check out the grounds- gorgeous! There were CMs talking about the animals and it really seemed like they were enjoying talking to people.

The kids looked like they were having a blast playing in the pool!

So where did you eat at CSR? Pepper Market?
We had a nice little conversation with a young man from South Africa. That's a nice touch that Disney does to bring in people from those counties to talk about the animals, culture, etc.

Yes - Pepper market. Bambi and I had the cheese steaks, grandpa had a quesadilla, Bill had a nacho plate, grandma had pasta. Kids probably had mac & cheese or chicken fingers.

Welcome! Carthage has a beautiful campus there right on Lake Michigan.

My first shot skipped off the water and hit the wood planking in front of the island. 2nd hit towards the back and rolled out of sight. I never actually saw it go into the water, so I can only assume a bird or squirrel or something came along and ate it.

I'm sure Disney's lawyers are just as adamant about keeping us off too!

Cheers was good. My formative years were spent with the Dukes of Hazzard

Very. It wasn't hot by any means, but certainly warm enough to get in the pool.

I will try to refrain from using Seinfeld, it will be hard though, I LOVE that show!!

I forgot to say that I think your kids are freakin' adorable, and I am really enjoying reading your TR. I read the first one earlier, it was highly entertaining!! This one is too!

Also...

For what we are about to see next, we must enter quietly into the realm of genius.

True. So far though, my favorite slide is the Keister Coaster over at BWV. I've tried many, but as I said, still need to get over to SAB. We're hoping that 2011 might get us there...

Just got back from being away for a few days. Too much to comment on, but I have to ask, is over / under for hole number 4 or 4 carts?

Young Frankenstein has always been on my list to see, but I've never gotten around to it. I guess we're 0 for 2 so far, but I like your spirit! Keep trying!

My kids love playing on the sand bar. Or you can rent tubes and float down their lazy river.

That's not truly a hijack. For that you need a (loosely) coordinated effort to steer the thread in a totally random direction. Trust me, there are several professional hijackers lurking on here.
But thanks for sharing! I'll pop over in a bit to follow along!

So true... kind of like this:

"Hey Alpha, I think there's something wrong with your collar. You must have bumped it.

Yeah, your voice sounds funny! [they both laugh]

Beta! Gamma! [they both stop laughing]

Mayhaps you desire to - SQUIRREL! " [all of them turn their attention to a nearby tree; slight pause, Gamma whimpers]

So what's for lunch today? I had chicken salad. Not quite fish & chips, but it was still good.

Colonel Sandurz: Try here. Stop.
Dark Helmet: What the hell am I looking at? When does this happen in the movie?
Colonel Sandurz: Now. You're looking at now, sir. Everything that happens now, is happening now.
Dark Helmet: What happened to then?
Colonel Sandurz: We passed then.
Dark Helmet: When?
Colonel Sandurz: Just now. We're at now now.
Dark Helmet: Go back to then.
Colonel Sandurz: When?
Dark Helmet: Now.
Colonel Sandurz: Now?
Dark Helmet: Now.
Colonel Sandurz: I can't.
Dark Helmet: Why?
Colonel Sandurz: We missed it.
Dark Helmet: When?
Colonel Sandurz: Just now.
Dark Helmet: When will then be now?
Colonel Sandurz: Soon.

I don't know why, since your TR has been on snail's pace for quite some time.
