fabric 'de-piller' or fabric shaver - where to buy a good one?

Not sure what they're called exactly, but does anyone know where to buy a *good* de-piller or shaver, that gently removes those pesky little things that seem to grow on sweaters and coats?
Just bought a new coat and it already has them, ugh, must be cheap fabric. I had one (a de-piller) years ago but it was cheaply made and broke, and haven't needed one until now.

Bed, Bath and Beyond should have them. I think I have one now that is from the 1990s. I still use it occasionally.

I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond last year. Paid $10 for it I think. I mainly use it for my comforter since it's cheap and gets a build up of fuzzies. I use it every couple of months and it works great!

i do it myself just gently shave the fabric slowly and a light touch as to not damage fabric with a dry razor
